Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Classes

The word Yoga means union or merging. Yoga Renewal presents Yoga involving the use of movement, sound current, breath and meditation. It helps relax and heal a person’s mind and body, allowing your spirit to flow more freely. This, in turn, brings about a greater feeling of well being and happiness, our natural birthright as humans.

Kundalini Yoga

The most powerful and effective form of yoga, Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, PhD. Master of Kundalini Yoga and Mahan of White Tantric, is a great way to recharge your body. It stimulates the nervous and immune systems, improves strength and flexibility, centers the mind, and opens the spirit. From the very first class, you will start reaping the rewards which include relief from back pain, stress, addiction, depression, insomnia, and weight control. Kundalini Yoga can keep you young. Everyone can do it.


Meditation is a way of clearing away the mental clutter that surrounds the subconscious. When our minds are clear, we can see and experience the joy of our own soul.

Restorative Yoga

During a session of restorative yoga we use simple props and a sequence of yoga poses to help ease the body into complete relaxation. You will learn to identify and locate tension and consciously learn to let it go. Restorative yoga helps to calm the nervous system and bring it back into balance. The practice is safe for everyone. A private session lasts one and one half hours. Each session is nurturing, soothing, and leaves you blissful.
