The Blues
Essential Oils: Orange, Bergamot, Lemon,
Frankincense, Geranium Rose

How to use:
Put three drops on a tissue and inhale the aroma. Pause and inhale again.
Diffuse into the room using a cool air diffuser.
Geranium Rose and Frankincense can be used to massage the neck and shoulders. Mix 8 drops of essential oils in 1 tablespoon of carrier oil.

How to use :

How to use:
